The practice
Companies hire Truss when they need software of their own and want one firm to carry it past the launch. An internal tool. A product their customers touch. The join between systems they already pay for.
Design, build, host, and maintain can be a single engagement. Any one of them can also be hired alone. The services page says what each one covers, and the process says how an engagement actually runs.
What stays yours
The code, the product decisions, and the right to leave with the system. Hosting can sit with us. That is operations, not ownership. If the agreement ends, the software does not stay behind as ours.
We work with companies in different places. Delivery is remote. The conversation starts with the person responsible for the practice, which is what founder-led means here: you are not handed from a sales desk to a team you have not met.
Who it is for
Founders and operators who are accountable for a system and do not want to stand up a whole engineering group for it. They still want the work done in the open, with a written scope and the repository in their name.
